This home was recognised for it's quality workmanship, affordability and innovation.

Sanctuary 28's ‘Bronte’ Design demonstrates a clever use of space on this 350sqm block.  A dominant entrance has been created through the use of large sections of timber which support the high portico.  A skilfully designed central living space makes the size of this 222 square metre home deceptive.  There are three bedrooms, intimate TV room/study, plus ample open plan living space.  High ceilings immediately give the illusion of space and add to light and ventilation.

A key aspect of this home is the ability to combine living spaces with the exterior, providing the young home owner’s with plenty of room to entertain guests. 

A wide wall of timber bi-folds open onto a tiled private courtyard, partially under roof.  The courtyard has a feature timber deck and boxed timber seats are positioned either side of the water feature.  Rows of square slate tiles and frosted glass create the backdrop for the water feature.
