Northpoint #3 at Salt

The brief from the customer was to maximise the ocean views, this has driven the designer to place the living areas upstairs with the kitchen, family and large balconies looking over onto Salt beach.

The main bedroom also has a balcony looking over the courtyard swimming pool and then onto the beach.

Timber floors, stone benchtops mixed with stainless steel appliances and balustrading makes for a sharp contemporary look.

The downstairs area has not been forgotten with a large rumpus/media room opening onto the sandstone courtyard and swimming pool area with built-in BBQ and sink providing the versatility for easy entertaining on the ground floor level.
