The Pandanus

The pandanus has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, powder room and a generously sized media room. A striking street appeal has been crafted through the use of a volume roof that seems to float out over the entry portico.  It has been engineered to be supported by a single steel pole which angles back to the home, adding even more effect to the entry.  Through the entry door a large void area gives the sense of space.  Your eyes are drawn to the large picture window where the edge of the pool meets the building and a low fountain bubles away. The house wraps around the pool and alfresco entertainment areas.  The kitchen has a view through stacker doors onto the large alfresco deck bordering the pool.  On the far side of the pool, there is another deck with a concealed sheer descent water feall.
