The Salt

Based on our award winning design the Bronte, this home demonstrates a clever use of space and is well suited to it’s small lot. A cleverly designed central living space makes the size of this home deceptive. The bi-fold doors open onto the sandstone courtyard, partially under roof, with a water feature against the side wall. The effect extends the living space with a natural flow from the interior to the outdoors. This design has three bedrooms, plus an intimate study, with lashings of open plan living space. The owner added his own touch by importing glass vanity bowls and tapware from Singapore .
